As a **Project Manager** at PT Cybertrend Intrabuana, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and closing projects successfully. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met, and delivering high-quality results within scope, schedule, and budget. Your leadership and expertise will be vital in achieving project success and exceeding client expectations.
**We are looking someone with**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
**The work you'll do**:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Manage project teams and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and proactively resolve any obstacles.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders.
