Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of our client, a consulting firm based in China expanding globally, seeking a Project Manager for a Fortune 500 client.
You'll lead initiatives to enhance production targets over the next five years, focusing on operational design and change management.
Our team, comprised of ex-Fortune 500 consultants, specializes in strategic planning, digitalization, and more.
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify client stakeholders, foster cross-functional collaboration to improve production targets.
- Implement end-to-end production enhancements using management tools and methodologies.
- Establish regular communication with middle-level clients, proposing change initiatives.
- Design and execute operational improvements through functional collaboration.
- Cultivate relationships with local contractors to support project goals.
Qualifications:

- 8+ years in management or digital consulting with expertise in organizational performance and process optimization.
- Proficient in data analysis related to production targets.
- Experience in forestry, agriculture, or similar sectors.
- Background in implementing digital technologies for operational improvement.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and learning skills.
