Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage End to End Process for Project Workflow
- Project Cost Optimization
- Store Open On Time
- User Satisfaction NPS for department
- Snag Period & Closing Project Form
- Customer Satisfaction
- Communicate, Coordinate and Maintain good communication with Principals, Landlord/building, Brand, Operation
- Provide weekly report related to Projects
- Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project based on the Market Price for CAPEX Estimation (based on estimate /sqm base layout)
- Costing Process - Working together with QS & Project Team
- Working together with Principals and/or Contractor
- Working together with Brand / VM / Ops
- Design Process:

- Working together with Principals and/or Consultant Design / Architecture
- Working together with Brand / VM / Ops
- 3D, Technical Drawings

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/ Master Degree Architecture
- At least 6 years working experience in same position
- Experienced in retail industries is a must, experienced in F&B retail project will be an advantages
- Fluent Communication & Coordination in English especially coordination with Principals, Landlord, etc.
- Able to meet deadlines and work in a team
