Project Manager

Minimum 1 years of working experience as Project Manager, or 2 years of working experience as Software Quality Assurance

Project experience includes Desktop, Web and Mobile Applications

**Familiar with Project Management Tools like**: Jira / Asana / Trello / Bitrix

**Familiar with Flow, Design and Mockup tools like**: Figma / Adobe XD / draw.io

Familiar with BDD / DDD framework and UML modeling tools

Familiar with Scrum methodology in software development

Domicile in Jakarta

Assist and responsible for the Project Development in collaboration with Head of Tech

Build strategy for a successful project delivery including defining the product strategy and roadmap, Planning, Leading, Organizing, and

Controlling the team

Deliver PRDs (Product Requirement Document) with prioritized features and corresponding justification

Monitors and controls project scope and requirements

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups

Implementing Project Management Software tools to ensure effective and efficient resources

Prepare, create and submit the management report and activities

Proactively and continuously communicating with Users to ensure smooth project management handling including brief and train them as needed

Continue and maintain existing product to meet the requirements, improve them by time to maintain robustness, usability & reliability
