Project Manager

Overall responsibility for project execution as per mutually agreed plan- Plans and manages the project on a day to day basis- Monitors progress against the plan and perform status reporting to all relevant parties- Determines the staffing needs of the project and ensures they are met- Assures quality project process and deliverables- Is responsible for scope control- Coordinates with project team ensuring that all the work is undertaken with the agreed plan- Is responsible for and ensures on-time completion of the team's deliverables- Assesses and monitors risks throughout the project**Job Requirements**:- 1-2 years experience in managing project delivery- Typical Project Management skills- Fluent in English- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their best- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills- An awareness of current trends in advertising and design- Resilience under pressure and against deadlines- Skills in managing people, projects and resources.Pay: Rp7,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in Agency Industry?**Experience**:- Project Management: 3 years (preferred)
