Project Manager

Overall responsibility for project execution as per mutually agreed plan
- Plans and manages the project on a day to day basis
- Monitors progress against the plan and perform status reporting to all relevant parties
- Determines the staffing needs of the project and ensures they are met
- Assures quality project process and deliverables
- Is responsible for scope control
- Coordinates with project team ensuring that all the work is undertaken with the agreed plan
- Is responsible for and ensures on-time completion of the team's deliverables
- Assesses and monitors risks throughout the project

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in managing project delivery
- Typical Project Management skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their best
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- An awareness of current trends in advertising and design
- Resilience under pressure and against deadlines
- Skills in managing people, projects and resources.

Pay: Rp7,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
