Project Manager

Planning, developing, and monitoring the implementation of a Comprehensive Marketing Campaign according to the agreement in Media Order with excellent Project Management and helping adjust strategies in fulfillment as needed

Collaborate internally with relevant departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and based on the expected results

Collaborate and maintain relationships with Clients and other key stakeholders

Perform monthly reporting and help analyze basic campaign performance metrics to generate reports and succeed in customer retention

Ensure the billing process from the Finance department in accordance with the deadline

Led and managed the Operations team, including setting up the KPI for team members
Min. 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, Digital Planner, or Campaign Planner from a Marketing Agency

Excellent skills in managing projects, reporting, and maintaining stakeholders.

Good understanding of COGS and NPS satisfaction score

Have great attention to detail and strong interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written

Have a basic understanding of marketing and promotion
