Project Manager

Essential Job**Responsibilities**:- Lead project management for those strategic particular projects.- Coordinates internal resources and third parties or vendors as needed.- Ensure projects stay on time, proactively checks in with process owner to ensure timeliness.- Breaks down barriers for issues that may stall project progression.- Develops project timelines, scopes and objective and milestones.- Ensuring all supporting functions are available to support project, including technical feasibility, resources (availability and allocation).- Hold daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings to track project plan and progress.- Coordinate with related Head of Department- Ensure the project is meeting standards, timeline, and expectations**Requirements**:- +5 years experience equivalent project management experience- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Able to set priorities and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written- Excellent interpersonal skills - able to function as a Project Leader
