Project Manager

Job Description:

- Develop end to end project plans, including scope, schedule, safety, and budget until finish the project.
- Oversee the construction site, including coordination of activities, management of subcontractors, and ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients or third parties and stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing concerns or issues as they arise including negotiation with new vendor.
- Coaching and supervising construction teams.
- Reporting to General Manager construction for daily, weekly, and monthly progress.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from reputable university majoring in urban planning, civil engineering or related, (have Certificate K3 & SKA more prefer)
- Having total experience in Construction with minimum 5 years' experience as Construction/ Project Manager
- Experienced in budgeting, attention to detail, efficiency and have cost awareness
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to construction
- Age: Min 35yo

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Hingga Rp17.000.000 per bulan

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

- Depok: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Diutamakan)

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 5 years (Diwajibkan)

License/Certification:

- SKA (Diutamakan)
