Project Manager (Palm Oil Factory)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on palm oil. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in project management in a palm oil company for the job of Project Manager. The job is based in Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include: Report directly to the General Manager and Director Responsible to all aspects in both technical and non-technical matters in palm oil processing especially in project management Lead the team in project and engineering Manage together with management team all aspects of running the day-to-day, including project development, project planning and monitoring, maintenance, quality control, and safety Build coherent team with clear performance focus, a can-do attitude and positive culture Develop and implement project improvements and best practice operating procedures Support project development and transition of new product into production Job Requirements: Master's degree/Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or related field with at least 15 years' experience in management and project in palm oil processing plants 10+ years' experience in Palm Oil Products and project exposure Strong in technical, operation, and people management English language, international business experience highly desirable High accuracy of own work Experienced with the task of building a high-tech business in Indonesia's rapidly developing market Team player, positive attitude, hands-on and high flexibility Willing to be based in Kalimantan #J-18808-Ljbffr
