We are looking for an experienced individual who will play a key role in the position of project coordinator of process safety. Key deliverables include:
- Solving technical problems for action and a hands-on attitude
- Integrating into the business services to team with resources at the site and office
- Analyze and monitor the project with addressing risk during project while maintain project profitable
- Developing technical expertise in one or more sub-disciplines of Process Safety and sharing knowledge with colleagues, management, and stakeholder during project
- Delivering and review a high quality report to our client
- Having an in-depth understanding of engineering and operations lifecycle and ability to identify applicable process safety hazards & scenarios through independent review.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering field
- At least 7 years industry experience in engineering field and project
- Be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external
- Innovative and analytical thinking
- Intellectual rigor, strong drive, and desire to lead change
- Strong initiative, drive and self-motivation skills
- Familiar and Experience in PHA work processes such as HAZOP, HAZ-ID, LOPA, etc.
- Familiar and Experience with process safety engineer, risk assessment, consequence analysis, dispersion modelling, facilities sitting
- Knowledge in using technical software (e.g. PHAST, HYSYS, PHAPro, bowtie)
- Site experience helping deliver practical risk mitigation solutions
- Knowledge of hazards and operating scenarios
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural BV global team with schedule flexibility for BV global meeting needs as well as BV clients
- Ability to manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities
- Ability to travel and place to any location sites
