**About the challenge**
Are you an experienced marketing generalist who is looking for a new challenge? Do you have what it takes to manage end-to-end marketing initiatives that generate high ROI? Do you love collaboration and project management?
We are looking for a Project Marketing Lead who is agile, experienced, and passionate about marketing. The Project Marketing Manager will be in charge of managing end-to-end marketing strategy with the goal to raise awareness and increase conversion for the biggest property developers across Indonesia. The role will collaborate across departments to ensure a successful marketing execution.
**What a day at work for you will look like**:
- You will develop an end-to-end marketing strategy, including media planning and buying
- You will manage the marketing budget and is accountable to achieve a high marketing ROI
- You will develop project brand guideline, marketing collaterals for Offline approach (flyers, e-brochure, banners), and Online (social media, content marketing)
- You will act as the project manager and is required to collaborate with other teams such as project acquisition, creative, digital marketing, procurement, finance, affiliates and direct sales
- You will monitor, track performance, manage timeline, and report the marketing result
- You will lead and grow the Project Marketing team
**Is this you?**:
- Experienced B2C marketer with minimum 5 years of work experience handling ATL & BTL
- Min. 2 years senior / managerial leadership experience
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Have an eye for design and creative content production
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor degree from reputable Indonesian or foreign University
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
