Project Officer Intern

Job Description: Helping project managers draft proposals and project plans to share with stakeholders Coordinating schedules with members of the project team Creating resource lists or guidelines for project team members based on the project plan Checking on team member's progress during their phase of the project Completing other administrative tasks for project managers Ensure project deadlines are met. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, communication, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in administration or project management is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external contacts Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work activities Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
