Project Officer Trainee

Supporting Project Management Department for administration tasks.

Handling basic Project administrative tasks, such as preparation of project documentation, daily activities reports every week, filling all activities project documents and etc

Coordinate all document reconciliation with other departments related to project standards and project billing.

Does other selective tasks given by Manager Project Management

**Job Requirement**

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent from a reputable University.

Fresh Graduate or max. 1-year experience in IT Industry.

Willing to join 1-year Trainee Program.

Expert in operating Ms. Office.

Have excellent communication & administration skills.

Good understanding of Project Management.

Fluent in English, both oral and written.

**Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Area).
