Project Outsourcing Manager

Job Description
Assists local subcontractors in communication and contact, and coordinates engineering delivery problems
Assist Chinese dispatched resource administrator to organize interview
Assists in subcontractor resource guarantee for delivery sub-projects, collects subcontractor efficiency data, and releases billboards
Assists in organizing regular meetings of subcontractors
Assists the project team in collecting and summarizing the evaluation data of subcontractors, and communicates with subcontractors about problems in a timely manner
Publicizes compliance management requirements, and supervises compliance operations of outsourcing services
Requirement
Bachelor Degree in any field have experienced working in telecommunication industry for at least three years is preferable
Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
Experiences handling Subcontractors requirement
Sense of responsibility, able to stand certain pressure
