Project Planner

Job Description

Preparing monthly report, identifying critical areas, and providing rend analysis and early warnings to the Project Controls Team and or Project Manager

Identifying schedule variances and develop the appropriate mitigation strategies for recommendation to the Project Controls Team and/or Project Manager

Monitor trends monthly, provide analysis to the Project Control team and invoke the project change control procedure where required

In charge of monthly and ad hoc reporting requirements, including management of monthly reports and reporting on behalf of the Project Control team

Preparing project schedules, including resource loading on behalf of the project team and clients.

Requirement

Proficiency in English, both oral and writing

Proven track record as a Project Planner/Scheduler in mining and infrastructure projects

Possess experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
