**Job Overview**:
As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our hydropower projects. You will coordinate and manage schedules for operational procedures, workforce deployment, and installation and commissioning activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with project team members and key stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Develop detailed project schedules that include tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure Schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned with overall project goals.
- Create detailed project schedules outlining tasks, milestones, and dependencies using project management software.
- Work with the project team to establish realistic timelines and delivery milestones.
- Develop the overall time schedule and progress report in Primavera P6.
- Maintaining an As-Built Schedule
- Schedule Development, Resources Allocation & Planning, Scheduling Monitoring and Adjustment, Communication & Collaboration.

**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Proficiency in CAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Willing to travel within Indonesia and overseas.
- Able to work independently.
- Knowledge of ISO & OHSAS will be considered an advantage.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of Hydropower Plants is an advantage
