Service the range of in-line checkweighers, X-ray and metal detectors that we sell for automated weight, hazard point and quality control for food, pharma and industrial applications. This includes installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs, preventive maintenance and calibrations. Perform work assignments efficiently and methodically, and in its course, also keep in touch with customers, to actively improve customer satisfaction with us/our products. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Interact daily with the clients and/or sales to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status. Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team. Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. Update CRM on timely and effective basis for team-wide follow-up and teamwork support. At times, you may be required to support installations in other parts of Indonesia. Report to the Service, Branch Manager, or Department Head as assigned and work interdependently with colleagues within and across departments. Good recognised Degree in EEE, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering. 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in service or project preferred. New Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A "service heart" with good knowledge of instrumentation and deriving satisfaction in getting systems back into operations efficiently and effectively. An interest in metrology and quality as a deliverer of manufacturing competitiveness. Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as 2D and 3D.
