Project Site Administration Officer

Persyaratan- Maximum 10 years of experience- Diploma / Bachelor degree- Good communication skills- Abel to work with Microsoft windows (word, exel, powerpoint etc)- Lived in Sumatra Utara- Contract based employeeTanggung Jawab- Coordinating between stakeholders and sub-contractors- Responsible for Administrative activities such as managing daily site related expenses, preparation of expense reports, assist with procurement and logistics support for good functioning of the project.- Management of Pantry, Heavy vehicles and other project related activities- Responsible for safety, security and attendance of site personnel- Liaison between company and authorities- Having knowledge to national laws also maintaining with company, customer and related regulations S- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.- Problem solving skills and detail oriented.
