**Your main responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule service project (using Service Management System).
- Liaise and build trust with customers, service staff, Service Partners/dealers and vendors regarding any scope of on-site work, including Health &Safety aspects.
- Organize travels, site visits, vendor schedule and project timeline.
- Maintain service project cost under or in line with the plan.
- Select and arranging the best vendor or service partner to help service project execution.
- Collaboration with Project Specialist for project costing and quotation.
- Executing administration before, during and after project execution.
**Your background**:
- University or college degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in project administration, coordination, execution, management
- Proficiency in English Language
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP Tools
- Exposure in Government -related projects is ideal but not required.
