Project Strategist Associate

**Description**:
**What You Will Do**
- Responsible for end-to-end promo and campaign execution
- Working closely with the product and quality check team to ensure no error in Tokopedia promotion execution
- Generate new ideas and explore new ways to identify new channels to reach our target buyers
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, product, etc.) on promo execution
- Propose ideas and initiatives to improve the current approach or new ones
- Monitor and benchmark competitors' and industry movement that could be beneficial for improvement to support business goals

**What This Role Needs**
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to clear out all the operational-related issues
- Driven, motivated, and eager to learn
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to operate google sheet, google docs, and google slides
