**Job Description**:
- Provide daily administrative tasks of the project, including drafting notes, minutes, correspondence and necessary follow-up.
- Informing, give updates about project activities related to the schedule, issues, administrative matters, etc. to the project manager or other project team that require information.
- Support the project monitoring and tracking of activities including compiling and reviewing project documentations.
- Perform other related duties as requested by direct manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum education D3 all majors, administration is preferred and Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Work experience in administrative field, project management support for (minimum) 1 year.
- Able to communicate and establish a good relationship with the project team.
- Ability to operate a computer based technology and software programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint). Experience with google docs, technical documentation and flowcharts would be an advantage.
- Excellent skill in using Google Sheets (pivot table, making charts, diagram, some ability for macros would be useful)
- Dynamic, thorough and detailed on matters related to administrative matters and documentation.
- Knowledge of meeting procedures, recording and production of MoM.
- Have the ability to manage time and tasks.
