**Job Descriptions**:- Conduct market research to research audiences and marketing trends.- Prepare equipment and supplies for exhibitions and promotional events.- Work closely with a team of designers in the process of creating an impactful brand.- Create reports for marketing campaigns using easy-to-understand data analysis- Plan promotional campaigns such as contests, coupons, or giveaways.- Work with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as budgets and contracts, marketing plans, and the selection of advertising media.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design/Marketing/Promotion or related.- Minimum 1 years of working experiencework experience in managing events, marketing campaign, and mass communication, preferably in Property Marketing & Promotion. Having experiences in Property area will be an advantage.- Solid knowledge of market research techniques.- Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.- Have creative and innovative thinking.- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
