Promotion Staff - The Elements

**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist prepare marketing plans, publications, visual communication materials, and content.
- Prepare equipment and supplies for exhibitions and promotional events.
- Coordinate with vendors in producing marketing events according to company regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties that related with promotional events.
- Responsible for promotional materials (brochures, leaflets, souvenirs, signage, etc.).
- Ensure measurable achievement of marketing goals and regular administrative reporting.
- Responsible for special events to increase sales.
- Create promotion report.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from DKV/Marketing Communicatio/Marketing/Communication or related major.
- Minimum 1 year of experiences in the advertising/promotion/event organizer field.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
- Good interpersonal skills, creative, analytical ability, numerical skills, and verbal logic.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
