**Skill Requirements / Job Scope**:

- Able to conduct competitor research and benchmarking in order to analyze strength, weakness, and opportunity of new campaign/promotion.
- ROI
- Able to do internal research in order to determine rates, figures, or bonus percentage to accomplish promotion objective.
- Able to produce a "breakthrough" promotion in order to gain competitive advantage in Market.
- Able to execute promotion efficiently and effectively.
- Able to find vendor to run procurement of prizes/merchandises and able to find vendor to produce brand official merchandise.
- Able to liaise with vendor in order to produce new interesting content or new feature of promotion.
- Able to use back office to setup promotions.
- Proficient in Ms.Excel.
- Has Knowledge and interest of online games etc.
