Promotions Assistant Superviser

Ø Enhance brand awareness and brand image.

Ø Develop brand operating goals and budget planning, create performance appraisal for the team.

Ø Familiar mainstream Sportsbook, Live Casino, Lottery, Games platform.

Ø Perform competitive analysis and market research, create and implement sales and promotion plans including knowledge and communication of the China target market.

Ø Branding build up, event planning design and conceptualize effective promotions and marketing campaigns.

Ø Responsible for developing, evaluating marketing campaigns and promotions especially in Indonesia market

Ø Manage an effective, efficient and productive marketing strategy to enhance the user activities.

Ø Bonus Promotion
- Plan and execute 3~10 bonus promotion per month.
- Plan and execute 1~4 ad event per month.
- Analytics promotion performance (KPI).

Ø Marketing Operation
- Maintain 30% monthly increment of the bet amount in all of product.
- Average 3.5% profit margin per month

**Requirements**:
Ø 3 years and above experiences on the same or related industry.

Ø Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.

Ø Passionate, outgoing and ready to accept any challenge, positive thinker.

Ø Excellent communication skills.

Ø Have the ability to inspire team members and work as a team.

Ø Have proven abilities in decision-making, priority setting and planning.

Ø Full time position available; Work from Home.

Pay: Rp16,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
