Property Listing Agent (Bali)

Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
- Complete real estate listing paperwork, pictures, and implement a marketing plan

for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales
- Consult and coordinate with sellers on all property photos, staging, repairs,

cleaning, signage, access requirement and marketing activities
- Obtain all necessary signature on listing agreement, disclosures and other

necessary documentation
- Provide proactive feedback to seller regarding all showing and marketing

activities.
- Check inventory before the tenant or buyer move in
- Currently domicile in Bali
- Have experience in property agent
- Excellent English (ability to speak in other language is a plus)
