Property Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients and investors in the Bekasi region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, property agents, and brokers.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, guiding clients through properties and highlighting key features and benefits.
- Address clients queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Bachelor

degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in property sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Familiarity with the Bekasi property market is an advantage.**:

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Location based in Bekasi

**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp13,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
