**Tasks**
- ** Key Responsibilities**:
- Tracking status of tender announcement and other relevant project, prepare, submit and manage Government and private tenders across country, pertaining to industrial business e.g Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Power plants, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Industry, etc.
- Following up tender announcement by registration or PQ execution and other required activities for tender participation according to the announcement
- Reviewing tender announcement to be evaluated for Go - No Go analysis, detailed study of tender documents, contract conditions, specifications and other technical requirements.
- Preparing legal contractual draft, BOQs, methodology, technical and commercial deviations, etc for bidding purpose.
- Prepare response to RFP, necessary templates, compliance and justification statements, formatting resumes of experts to meet criteria s etc.
- Ensuring tender documents completeness and correctness to meet the requirements without any possible errors.
- Take the lead in preparing the corresponding proposal(s) and distributing the tasks among the team with given timeline.
- Supports in maintaining the validity of our specific licenses for the eligibility in participating the tenders, eg. CIVD/SPDA, CSMS, CHSEM, HSSE and other
- Coordinate with person in charge to keep a track of all the products along with their pricing offered by the competitors and to keep a track of all the updates and changes in the government regulations and policies
- Ensure the end to end process for tender and bidding are satisfied for each potential project to achieve of certain target to pass the tender administratively and technically to increase the possibility of winning the project
- Arrange and coordinate for meetings during tender until Kick off Meeting if the project awarded as well as support, coordination and cooperation with Operation team after project awarded for execution, if required
- Support all the pertinent activities in regard to tender and bidding that might be assigned by the Sales Manager.
**Qualifications**
- ** Key Requirements**:
- Master s or Bachelor s degree in Engineering, with at least 3 years relevant working experience with EPC, QA/QC or Engineering Consultancy firm.
- Must have good presentation and negotiation skills both in English and Bahasa.
- Having wide network in Sustainability market, Renewable and Energy Efficiency, Power plants, Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas Industry is an advantageous.
- Must have knowledge of Bidding and Tendering activity
- Must have experience in the bidding large projects process and knowledge from execution view
- Familiar with PTK 007, TKDN estimates, and common regulations applied in Indonesia tender activities
- Good time management and coordination ability
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently within challenging timelines
- Meticulous, efficient and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude
