Public Policy & Government Relationship Lead

Job Descriptions- Design and implement stakeholder engagement strategies regarding Tokopedia's approach to promote company interest-- Lead engagement and relationship-building with central government, regulator, authorities, and relevant associations-- Identify central government priorities and lead the execution of initiatives, including partnerships and collaborations to enhance Tokopedia's thought leadership among stakeholders-- Work collaboratively to develop creative solutions that incorporate government relations into business problem solving through cross-functional partnership across business units and other PPGR team members.-- Develop and execute program campaign plans and timelines to meet goals, deliverables, budget, and deadlines. Works with external partners and internal colleagues to establish goals, strategies, tactics, evaluation and work plans for the campaigns.-- Monitor and analyze government activities that could affect the organization's business as well as political developments.-- Work with Corporate Affairs team to amplify actions on key issues through appropriate communication channels-- Lead accurate, timely and insightful responses and analysis regarding various business projects and initiatives.Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years' experience in driving government-related programs within organizations or government institutions.-- High integrity-- Have a robust network, can easily build relationships and enjoy partnering with government and related stakeholders.-- Experienced presenting complex information in a way that provides clarity and interest-- Proven ability in project management-- Bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, law, communication, or related fields preferred or equivalent working experience.
