Identify target markets and customer segments, conduct market research, and stay updated on industry trends. Create and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to maximize brand visibility and sales. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand image of our beauty care and cosmetic products and F&B. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels. Develop and manage marketing collateral, including product packaging, labels, and promotional materials. Digital Marketing: Lead the online presence of our products, including website management, e-commerce platforms, and social media. Oversee content creation, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to drive traffic and conversions. Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using key metrics and analytics tools. Advertising and Promotion: Plan and execute advertising campaigns through various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and influencer partnerships. Monitor and optimize ad spend to achieve ROI targets. Collaborate with influencers and beauty bloggers to review and promote our products. Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks, including product sourcing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
