**Role**
AwanTunai is looking for a Public Relation Associate who will organize and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media and the public.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns and media relations strategies.- Collaborate effectively with the internal teams (e.g Marketing) to develop employer's branding, internal communication and marketing campaigns, while maintaining open communication to senior management.-
- Suggest, create and enhance promotional materials and publications, including brochures, videos, and social media posts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice.-
- Proofread and edit promotional materials such as press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.-
- Conduct research and interview, if necessary, in order to create and develop a clear and concise copy.-
- Translate all written communications in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.-
- Prepare and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets.-
- Able to coordinate and manage PR events, such as open days and press conferences, and serve as the official spokesperson for the company.-
- Actively seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising, maintaining positive relationships with key media professionals.-
- Schedule interviews and press conferences to enhance the company's media presence.-
- Address inquiries from the media and other external parties in a timely and professional manner.-
- Monitor media coverage and stay informed about industry trends to proactively shape the company's PR strategies.-
- Prepare and submit comprehensive PR reports detailing activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.- Effectively manage and resolve PR issues as they arise.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.- Proven 3 years of work experience within public relations agencies, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of PR practices and strategies.-
- Proficiency in essential software, including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and MS Word).-
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling and effective messages.-
- Verbal and written proficiency in English & Bahasa is a must.-
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team environment.- Precision and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all communication materials and strategies.
