**Description**:SabiKerja is a curated headhunter agency based in Jakarta that is well-known as a one-stop talent solution in which we connect curated quality talent with the institution or company that partners with us.We represent our clients that one of the premier bars and lounges that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience in busy times and for an exceptional evening of entertainment, relaxation, and indulgence.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to promote the bar and lounge's brand, events, and offerings.- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry professionals to secure positive media coverage.- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to generate buzz and interest in the bar and lounge.- Coordinate and manage media events, press conferences, and interviews, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all participants.- Monitor media coverage and social media mentions, proactively addressing any negative or inaccurate information.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.- Identify and leverage partnership opportunities with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.- Act as a spokesperson for the bar and lounge, handling media inquiries and interviews with professionalism and poise.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Public Relations role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and stories.- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities to connect with media professionals and influencers.- Proven track record of securing positive media coverage and managing media relations.- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in PR strategies.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple PR initiatives simultaneously.- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to generate innovative PR ideas.- Passion for the F&B industry and a good understanding of bar and lounge culture and trends.
