Summary of Responsibilities: Work with the PR Director to develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, calendar, budget, and tactics Manage the PR sub-team of PR Executives and PR Officers, with the support of the PR Director Manage collateral requests for AYANA Bali Coordinate the creation of content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations with relevant PR agencies Work with relevant PR agencies to develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media, including opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts and relationships within local and international, business and industry media Coordinate media inquiries, interview requests and media visits with relevant PR Executives and agencies Greet and accompany media during visits to AYANA Bali Assist with English and Indonesian language copywriting, proofreading and typesetting Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting AYANA Bali and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position Proven track record designing and executing successful Public Relations campaigns at both a national and international level High level of English language proficiency both written and spoken Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling messages and narratives Strong project management skills Proven track record in crisis management and ability to handle sensitive issues with grace and professionalism Strong relationships with both National and International business and hospitality media outlets are an asset Experience in event planning is an asset Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing or other relevant fields
