Purchashing

**Responsibilities**
- Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Arrange outstanding PO reports and ensure POs that have been opened are sent on time and free from defects
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Capable doing forecast product purchase analyst
- Prepare a purchasing plan of packaging materials to ensure the numbers of PO opened according to production plan and forecast
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing **min 3 years** (preferably ex well-known retail)
- Minimum education of Master degree, Bachelor are also welcome
- Skills required: Fluent in **spoken English **is required; **Mandarin is a plus**.
- Good knowledge of **vendor sourcing** practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Excellent communication and **negotiation skills**:

- Solid **analytical skills**, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses and **problem solving skills**:

- Have a **strong leadership** and the ability to create a supportive working environment for the team
