**About work**????????**:
Maintaining good relationship with customers and companies
Taking phones
Greeting guess
Communicating with sales department in Japan office
Processing customer's inquiry using ERP system, and sending it to Japan
Searching for the presumed HS code for each item that customer requested
Making quotations based on received inquiries from Japan and presumed HS code using ERP System.
Making Purchase Orders and Sales Notes by using ERP System
Receiving and checking items from suppliers
Keeping track on the outstanding orders
Arranging files and folders
Correspondence files and folders
Cooperating with marketing team
Helping some of the GA's job (following up payment, etc)
