Purchasing

Persyaratan- Proven work experience as a Purchasing min 3 years (preferably ex well-known retail)- Minimum education of Master degree, Bachelor are also welcome- Have a strong leadership and the ability to create a supportive working environment for the team- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses and problem solving skills- Skills required: Fluent in spoken English is required and Mandarin.- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)- Excellent communication and negotiation skillsTanggung Jawab- Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing- Arrange outstanding PO reports and ensure POs that have been opened are sent on time and free from defects- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases- Capable doing forecast product purchase analyst- Prepare a purchasing plan of packaging materials to ensure the numbers of PO opened according to production plan and forecast- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
