Job Description:- Receive purchase request from Sales Admin- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.- Ensure materials arrive on time & in accordance with required specifications- Liaising with sales if there are any technical clarifications- Preparing procurement reports- Responsible for import activities related to company business**Requirements**:- Age requirement Max. 35 years old- Fluent in English both oral and written- Have good communication & negotiation skill- Having experience minimum 1 year in purchasing, procurement and import related work is preferably- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment & willing to learn- Good in Ms Office**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Surabaya (required)Ability to Relocate:- Surabaya: Relocate before starting work (required)
