Purchasing

Job Description:

- Receive purchase request from Sales Admin
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Ensure materials arrive on time & in accordance with required specifications
- Liaising with sales if there are any technical clarifications
- Preparing procurement reports
- Responsible for import activities related to company business

**Requirements**:

- Age requirement Max. 35 years old
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Have good communication & negotiation skill
- Having experience minimum 1 year in purchasing, procurement and import related work is preferably
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment & willing to learn
- Good in Ms Office

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Surabaya (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Surabaya: Relocate before starting work (required)
