Fulfill the needs of goods & services on a "Just in Time" basis
- Able to find alternative suppliers for goods and services according to company needs
- Monitor the process and coordination of delivery with suppliers, warehouses and users of goods and services
- Organize and control the timeline of arrival and receipt of goods
- Filing data and coordinating with Accounting regarding payments and tax calculations
- Processing of import documents from ordering to arrival of goods
- S1 Chemical Engineering/Industrial Engineering / Food Engineering/Business Management
- Have procurement experience min. 2 years
- A plus if you have EXIM knowledge (Export, Import)
- Honest, meticulous, neat, & responsible
- Understand basic taxation (output tax)
- Have good communication & negotiation skills
- Able to work with team
