Execute efficient procurement processes to meet the hospital's needs while maintaining quality standards and cost-effectiveness.- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and vendors. Review agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the hospital's policies.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering partnerships to secure favorable terms, resolve issues promptly, and stay updated on industry trends and product advancements.- Monitor inventory levels, track usage patterns, and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.- Ensure that purchased medical supplies meet regulatory and quality standards. Collaborate with relevant departments to address any quality concerns or product recalls promptly.- Work within allocated budgets, analyze spending patterns and recommend cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or patient care.- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor communications. Generate reports on procurement activities, costs, and performance metrics as required.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. (Preferred: Certification in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management)- Proven experience within 2-3 years in medical or healthcare procurement, with a strong understanding of medical supply chains and regulatory compliance.- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in using procurement software and MS Office Suite.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards.
