Purchasing Officer - Corporate Office

Source and procure supplies and materials needed for daily operations.- Create and manage purchase orders, tracking delivery times and order status.- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand.- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and agreements.- Work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and efficient communication.- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders.- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Having car driving license (SIM A)- Placement in Jimbaran, Bali
