Persyaratan
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, finance, business administration, or related field

2. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

3. Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. Accurate, MIOB)

4. Understanding of supply chain procedures

5. Understanding product prices

6. Has good initiative

7. Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses

8. Negotiation skills

9. BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field

10. Has high dedication

11. Be able to work in team or has good teamwork ability

Tanggung Jawab
1. Research potential vendors

2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

3. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery

5. Review quality of purchased products

6. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

7. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

8. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

9. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

10. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

11. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
