Purchasing Specialist (Garment / Fashion)

Researching potential vendors.- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.- Compile offers from vendors to create PR / PO- Coordinate and compile negotiation results- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve issues.- Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.- Handle the administrative Purchasing process.- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products.- Tracking and evaluating supplier / vendor performance.**Requirements**:- Bachelor of business, supply chain management, or any other related field, preferably has been working in procurement for at least 2 years- Strong business and commercial mindset- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and collaboration skills- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent project management skills- Advanced in verbal and written Bahasa & English proficiency- Have a basic understanding of certain areas (i.e: finance, accounting, tax, and legal)**Job Type**: TemporaryContract length: 3 months
