Purchasing Staff

As a Purchases professional, your goal is to link the most appropriate supplier capabilities with our business needs and contribute to delivering the best goods to our customers.
You will be reporting under Professional Manager, working side-by-side with the relevant teams such as Finance and Legal & Compliance.
You will meet a passionate team in this field who will grow with you and you will have an interesting experience.
# Responsibilities
- Recording and maintaining all purchasing details including the usage of SKU Universal and product description
- Preparing details of payment to supplier
- Recording payments, details of goods ordered, invoice from international forwarder, damage goods received and etc.
- Managing the record of PI
- Preparing packing list for local forwarder
- Answering and checking the details of goods

# Requirements:

- Max.
26 years old
- 1 years experience in the same field will be preferrable
- Able to use English on a daily basis
- Attention to detail and having the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- High level of curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Willing to be placed in Bukit Darmo, Surabaya (first 3 months) and continue in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta
- Can join as soon as possible
