Our services include employment background screening, whistleblowing systems, mystery shopping services, due diligence, process serving, research & market intelligence, asset tracing, skip tracing, claims investigations, brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, trademark investigation and market surveys.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance engineer to write and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
As a QA engineer The mission of QA Engineer is to find and fix bugs in a product or program before its launch, collaborating with developers on fixes to those problems whenever necessary.
The objective is to provide a true picture regarding code quality; performance; redundant bugs and/or quality progress; successful implementation of quality control processes by developers themselves; and good practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
- Identifying quality issues and creating test reports.
- Meeting with the software design team to discuss weaknesses and verification protocols
- Sketching out ideas for manual and automated software test procedures
- Writing manual and automation test scripts and implementing test flow.
- Writing test case scenarios
- Work with Font-end web app developers and back-end developers to identify bugs, and follow-up and test proposed solutions.
- Designing and installing software databases
- Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in same role
- Bachelor Degree in computer science, software engineering or a similar discipline or field
- Advanced programming skills including: automation systems (Katalon, Selenium, Jenkins or equivalent); and databases (SQL and no SQL);
- Familiar with programming script languages including Java and Python;
- Familiar with building unit tests on Jest, JasmineJS, KarmaJS, Cucumber, etc.;
- Experience in Postman, and other API testing tools.
- Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
- English proficiency, both verbal & written, for meeting and report writing
