**Job Description**:

- Design, develop, improve and maintain test automation systems, tools and test scripts using best practices
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Ensure maximum test coverage to ensure zero high / medium criticality bugs in released products
- Responsible to create all tester documentation and regularly report to CTO
- Oversee automated tests integration into the CI/CD Pipeline
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in manual test and TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia to understand specifications and test cases clearly
- Strong team player; ability to work in diverse team and dynamic work
