Job Description =

Function as a individual contributor in day-to-day operations to monitoring alerts, including urgent requests/ queries and aged items;
- Performing review of transactions, documenting findings, including escalates, and assists with resolution of, more complex problems and critical issues;
- Review and analyze underlying data gathered to assess reasonable cause to escalate an alert to an Investigation or to clear the alert;
- Update process and documentation to capture any changes/improvements identified, including identify potential enhancements required.

Job Requirements:

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1)
- Yogyakarta based.

Upah: Rp2.900.000 - Rp3.500.000 per bulan
