We are looking for a QA professional to be responsible for quality control throughout the software development lifecycle of our Saas product and to manage and expand a team of QA testers and engineers.
**Responsibility**:
- Create and maintain quality standard operating functions
- Ensure mínimal production defects by managing and assisting manual and automated test engineers
- Create company-wide QA metrics and reporting dashboards
- Create and manage manual and automated test case documentation
- Establish user personas in collaboration with clients and the product team
- Document and thoroughly execute Acceptance Tests
- Hands-on approach to testing exercises as required
- Participate in all development/product meetings and be able to contribute to the prioritization of workload
- Communicate effectively with team members and any stakeholder in the business to resolve testing issues
- Mentor both QA and development team members
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by and not limited to
- Reviewing professional publications
- Benchmarking and reviewing up-to-date practices and technologies
- Collaborating with professional connections and personal networks
**Requirement**
