Qa Manager (Seafood Processing)

We are currently assisting our client from Seafood Processing Industry who is looking for QA Manager to be placed in Surabaya/Lamongan with following requirements:
Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years experience as QA/QC Manager related to food safety management system
- Willing to travel and to be placed in East Java
- Have experience in seafood/food/fishery/hatchery industry which support export market
- Deep understanding in Food Safety Management System, FDA Standardization for export or Kosher

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling QA/QC related to exports, especially food safety management system including FDA, Jewish food standards (Kosher), etc
- Developing management system
- Develop training for BOD, manager, and staff
- Responsible for audit activity
